Avenue Interior Design Revamps the Palms Casino Themed Suites
Author:Michelle KonstantinovskyYou might know the Palms Casino Resort as one of the must-experience Las Vegas spots off the strip, but the iconic’s hotel new look is more impressive than ever thanks to some love from Los Angeles’ Avenue Interior Design.
Debuting later this year as part of the property’s current $690M renovation, the designers transformed the Palms’ themed suites into luxury spaces ideal for all types of celebrations. The new rooms represent Palms’ “From Dust to Gold” makeover and include hand-selected amenities, high-quality finishes, curated art, and jaw-dropping views.
The ultimate baller accommodations are found in the dark and moody 1,960 square-foot Cinema Suite, featuring coffered wood ceilings, parquet floors, and cognac upholstered walls. The in-suite screening room comes equipped with a 98” flat screen and theater seating for nine, cozy blankets, and of course popcorn and candy. The curated room service “movie menu” will also offer more elevated snacks like wings, nachos, sliders, pizza, popcorn towers and dessert platters. The 1 bedroom, 1.5-bathroom suite’s floor to ceiling windows offer expansive views of the strip, and guests can enjoy a pool table, fully-functional bar, and leather upholstered seating area. Hand-picked art pieces from Maripole, Faile and Aroe are featured throughout the suite as well.
For $3,000 a night, guests can stay in the ultra-glam REVOLVE Suite, which features a sophisticated palette of blush rose and cream tones complemented by touches of marble and gold and floor to ceiling views. The curated art includes pieces from Faile and Aroe, and the 1- and 2-bedroom suites range from 1,960 – 2,350 square-feet. Each is equipped with a fully-functional bar and multiple large-screen televisions, and the lavish central beauty bar features custom vanity mirrors. The oversized master bathroom includes a dressing room with seating areas, multiple sinks, and vanity mirrors, and the in-room amenities include complimentary Wilson Gabrielle x ColourPop make-up kits, Dyson hair dryers, satin robes, and more.
The $2,000/night Loft Suite evokes a speakeasy vibe with a rich brown, cream, and burgundy palette, wood floors, exposed beams, and textured brick walls. Featured artists include Retna, Faile, Henry Chalfant, Tim Conlon, Martha Cooper, and Rime, and the 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath suite includes access to two spacious lounge areas with multiple large-screen TVs, a poker table, and a fully-functional bar.
And finally, for $1,500/night, the 1,470 square-foot 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom Make Good Choices Suite is a relaxing, vintage-inspired space that features a classic color palette of black, gray, and white. Complemented by colorful art pieces from Richard Colman and Aroe, the otherwise neutral suite features a photo booth and oversized five-fixture master bathroom, covered in white and black marble with a free-standing soaking tub and walk-in steam shower.
