We "Like" It: Facebook's Ingeniously Artsy Offices

Ever wonder what it would be like to work at Facebook? So did we. A sneak peak into the Menlo Park-based offices exudes the unexpected: Facebook’s headquarters is abounding with striking art and installations, and rarely a corporate logo in sight. Then again, perhaps it is to be expected—the social media giant’s recent redesign of their ubiquitous site points to the company’s creative drive as a central focus. Design firm Gensler’s concept keeps in mind the relationship between tech and modern art: the creators of both are pioneers in their fields, imaginative and inventive. For creative vision, surroundings are key, an understanding duly noted in the environment’s design. The stimulating aesthetic workspace stresses the aspect that has kept Facebook on top since its founding: innovation.
